Please choose carefully as we are not able to exchange or refund for any change of mind once an order is placed. All orders are final.

Made to Order Products
All items sold by Nouveau Vintâge are made to order via our print partners. Once an order is placed and production begins, we cannot accept cancellations or provide refunds for change of mind. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery via our secure Contact Form with your order number and a description of the issue. You do not need to return the physical item to us, but we will request photographs of the damage.

We will review your case and, if approved, issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges & Unauthorised Returns
We do not offer direct exchanges. If a refund is approved, you may place a new order for a replacement item.

Do not mail items back to the fulfillment address listed on your package shipping label. Our print partners discard these items. If an unauthorised return or dispute-driven return is forced or approved, you are solely responsible for all international return shipping costs, tracking, and customs duties.

Incorrect Address Delivery
If a package is returned to our print partners because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided at checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order to the correct address.

Under EU law, made to order goods are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Once an order is placed and production begins, returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind are not permitted. For damaged or defective items, please follow the process above.
