Shipping policy

Production Times
All items sold by Nouveau Vintâge are made to order via our print partners. Production typically takes 2-10 business days, depending on the product and print partner. Once production begins, your order cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Rate
Flat shipping rate of $9.99 AUD worldwide on every order.

Shipping Times
Shipping time refers to transit time after production is complete and may vary depending on product, print partner, and destination. Estimated delivery times are 5–25 business days on average, but please note that they are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Multiple Print Partners / Staggered Deliveries
As we use several print partners, items in a single order may be produced and shipped separately. This means that you may receive multiple packages at different times. Shipping times and tracking information will be provided for each shipment where available. The flat shipping rate applies per order, regardless of how many items or print partners are involved.

International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may apply in their country.

Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped, title and risk of loss pass to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside of our control.

Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at info@nouveauvintage.co with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We will review your case and work with the print partner to resolve the problem.
