Production Times
All items sold by Nouveau Vintâge are made to order via our print partners. Production typically takes 2-10 business days, depending on the product and print partner. Once production begins, your order cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Rate
Flat shipping rate of $9.99 AUD worldwide on every order.

Shipping Times
Shipping time refers to transit time after production is complete and may vary depending on product, print partner, and destination. Estimated delivery is 3-6 business days for the USA and 5–25 business days for the rest of the world, but please note that they are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Multiple Print Partners / Staggered Deliveries
As we use several print partners, items in a single order may be produced and shipped separately. This means that you may receive multiple packages at different times. Shipping times and tracking information will be provided for each shipment where available. The flat shipping rate applies per order, regardless of how many items or print partners are involved.

International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may apply in their country.

Delivery Responsibility
While we ensure your order is securely handed over to our shipping network, Nouveau Vintâge is not liable for unexpected delays caused directly by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside of our control.

Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at via our secure Contact Form with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review your case and work with the print partner to resolve the problem. Refer to our Refund Policy for further details.
