Care Instructions
Before burning, always trim the wooden wick to 1/8 inch. Keep the wax pool clear. Always use a candle holder, it should be heat resistant, sturdy, and large enough to contain any drips or melted wax. Burn candles in a well-ventilated room. Never burn a candle for longer than three hours, cool for at least two hours before relighting. Never leave a candle unattended, keep it away from anything that can catch fire. Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets. Don't burn a candle all the way down. Use a candle snuffer to extinguish a candle, it's the safest way to prevent wax from splattering.

What is your candle wax made of?
Our proprietary wax is a vegan blend of natural apricot, coconut, and soy waxes, stabilised with a minuscule amount of highly refined, food-grade paraffin.

Why do you use food-grade paraffin?
Plant waxes are incredibly clean, but they are naturally very soft. A tiny fraction of highly refined, food-grade paraffin (the same safe wax used to coat cheese and chocolates) is added to give the candle structural stability and ensure a powerful, clean fragrance throw without soot.

Is your candle wax toxin free?
Yes. It is toxin-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free, and comes from renewable sources.

Are your fragrance oils toxin free?
Yes. Every fragrance oil is phthalate-free and made without ingredients found on California’s Proposition 65 list.

Is the wooden wick eco-friendly?
Yes. The wood wick is eco-friendly and made from FSC-certified wood, hand-crafted, and made in the USA.

A wooden wick creates a distinct, cozy crackling sound like a tiny fireplace, and the flame burns very wide, giving a luxurious ambience.
